These terms apply when you buy from Harud Valley on harudvalley.com or place an order with us over WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our shipping policy, cancellation and refund policy and privacy policy.
Harud Valley sells dry fruits, saffron and Kashmir-sourced specialities, packed in Srinagar and shipped across India.

Our products
Our products are food. Each product page shows the pack size and the price.
Dry fruits and saffron are natural produce, so size and colour can differ a little from the photos and from one harvest to the next.

Everything we pack is handled in the same place as walnuts, almonds and other nuts. If you have a food allergy, please ask us before you order.

Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST.
Delivery is charged separately where it applies, as set out in our shipping policy, and is shown before you pay.

If a price on the site is wrong because of a mistake, we contact you before dispatch. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Website orders are paid for online when you order, through Razorpay, our payment partner. You choose how to pay in Razorpay's own payment window, from the options it offers.
The payment details you enter go to Razorpay and never reach our website.
Cash on delivery is not available on website orders.

Placing an order
When your payment goes through, we email you a confirmation with your order number.
An order that has not been paid for does not go ahead. If a website order is left unpaid, we may email you one reminder with a link to pay.

Your account
You can order without an account. With one, you can see your past orders, save addresses and keep a list of saved items.
Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell us.

Reviews
If you review a product, your review and the name you give are shown on the product page. We read every review before it appears, and we do not publish reviews that are abusive, off-topic or make health claims.
